I met Basel, the owner of Sunshine Flooring, in 2016 when he came and did my flooring. He was a young family man and the hardest worker I have ever worked with. I really liked his workmanship and his honest personality. A few years later I hired him to do my total home remodel. We redid my bathroom- tile, shower and whirlpool bath area, countertops, all appliances, we redid the kitchen, backsplash, countertops and the fireplace. It was an amazing makeover. It was at the tail end of Covid and we ran into some supply backups and things but it was all handled professionally. Basel will be who I call for all of my remodeling needs. His family is growing up and it’s an honor to know him. Highly recommend him.

I was looking for a contractor to have flooring installed on the attic above our garage, since I wanted to use it for storage. I was trying to search on Google Maps, and found out that Sunshine Flooring and Remodeling have 5-star reviews. I contacted them, and made an appointment for an estimate. Mr. Basel was very polite. He gave me options on which materials they would use, and he was honest about his suggestions. The day of installation, Felipe and his son arrived and they were also very nice guys. They did an excellent job with the installation of the attic flooring, finished it within the day, and they cleaned up after the job. The attic flooring is super sturdy! I would highly recommend Sunshine Flooring and Remodeling!

I can’t believe I own a modern home… thanks to Sunshine Flooring & Remodeling, LLC. The Hubb’s initially called them for an estimate(we were getting bids) for flooring. The owner Mr Basel came that same day to measure, bring samples & provide an estimate. He assured us his price was competitive, unbeatable actually… and he was right, we called around and only 1 other company volunteered to send someone out, the others just gave estimates over the phone. They started on our floors, the Hubb’s was so impressed he kept adding s* LOL. So Sunshine did our wood-look floors- AMAZING, then they added stone around on a wall, kitchen backsplash,replaced complete vanity in master bath with new cabinets, granite countertops, gorgeous hardware- so impressed we had them do the same to the kids bathroom up stairs… again this all started with the floors. Mr Basel was so accommodating with our requests to add more stuff. He’s an excellent contractor… he arrived everyday either before or just after the workers & came back no less than twice per day to check on the progress. Call Sunshine Flooring & Remodeling… you won’t find a more thorough company to work inside your home. I’ll post add pics soon.

Mr. Basel and his team were very professional and polite. Basel is very attentive to detail for his customers and very responsive. Did a great job reflooring our entire first floor and replacing base boards, door trims, interior painting, and replacement of bathroom vanities. He is very detail oriented and went back over and over to ensure that we were happy and satisfied with the end result. Good quality work at the end of the day. it’ s not often that you find contractors that do quality work, finish on time and within budget. Sunshine Flooring and Remodeling checked all those boxes.
I just finished utilizing their services for the second time. The first time was for my hardwood floors and second was for remodeling my bathroom and closet after we had an issue with the shower panel and had extensive water damage.
